Global Mindset [A Literature List]

Prompted by the research study on "global mindset" by Thunderbird School of Global Management [http://www.thunderbird.edu/] and the Worldwide ERC (Employee Relocation Council), I've decided to conduct a literature search on the topic and construct a list.
